Rooms & Rates
The Chatsworth Room:
Has a four poster bed and stunning views over open countryside and the Weaver Hills. There is a roll top bath and shower in the ensuite.
The Kedleston Room:
Overlooks Bentley Hall and the courtyard, traditionally furnished with antiques. Again, a roll top bath and shower in the ensuite.
The Sudbury Room:
Although the smallest room it is still spacious, furnished with a rustic feel (views of Bentley Hall) - shower only in the ensuite.
General Information
Underfloor heating throughout, with each room being individually thermostaticaly controlled.
Use of a large drawing room with grand piano and antiques.
Complimentary tea, coffee and homemade biscuits available at any time.
Includes full Derbyshire Breakfast served between 8am and 10am at a large dining table, made from local produce.
Like many establishments we do have a no smoking policy.
Rooms are available from 5pm onwards, earlier by prior arrangement.

From £30 per person per night based on double occupancy including full Derbyshire breakfast.
Single supplements available.
Wedding packages also avaliable to include the Chatsworth Room and use of our Wedding Car service through Ashbourne Classic Wedding Cars. Prices avaliable upon request.

Terms and Conditions
A non refundable deposit of £20 per room per night will be taken at the time of booking. Cancellation within 24 hours will result in full room rate being charged unless the room is rebooked. All damages must be paid for. Surcharge for credit cards applicable.
